The listing agent gives you plenty more exposure through their professionally taken pictures and video, their broker’s MLS system with all cooperating agents, their condo marketing through their own websites and other syndicated real estate websites, their advertises and intercity referrals. Purchaser trust them more also. The small-scale cut-rate company is possibly slower to discover a buyer and solve problems.
When you are ready to move be careful to pick an honest moving company. Many of them have been comprising truckloads of belongings and demanding more fund. Pick one with a good reputation.
