The Agent’s Take: “It’s probably the nicest terrace I’ve seen in that price point … and having a terrace nearly as large as the unit in terms of square footage is pretty amazing,” agent Nutan Brown says.

“And it’s a panoramic terrace, so you’ve got views from all sides of the city, especially overlooking Casa Loma, which is spectacular.”
